CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24-hour notice. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours or missed will be charged in full, NO REFUNDS. Please give us 4 days notice if you are securing appointments for (4) or more guests.
If you enjoyed your massage, we do suggest a 20% gratuity or tips for our therapists.
If you're dissatisfied with your massage, you have the option to end it within the first 10 minutes and incur no charges. However, after this period, we kindly request payment for the duration of the booked session.
